As our Shopify platform is used to provide digital products only, there are no physical items delivered, therefore no return policy is applicable. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the digital product received is incorrect, and we’ll be happy to correct the error!
If you received an incorrect digital product, within 7 days, and with provided proof of purchase, the correct download will be sent to you, once verified. You MUST show proof you received the incorrect digital product.

Once the request is evaluated and verified, we’ll send you the correct download via email.
If more than 7 days have passed since we’ve approved your request, and you haven’t received your corrected digital product, please contact us at Crafts@annvservices.com.
